Wilma Robertson

Principal — MSC, GISP, CPM, PMP

Former Geographic Information Officer and Chief Data Officer for the State of Idaho, with more than 25 years in GIS, cadastral mapping, and enterprise data. Wilma led Idaho’s statewide NG9-1-1 GIS program and authored the state’s Enterprise Data Strategy. She was born on a polder farm in the Netherlands, which is where the name comes from.

Jackie Reader

Senior GIS analyst — GISP, MSc

Supports the Idaho Office of Broadband on the Capital Projects Fund and the BEAD program, and previously served as GIS lead for the City of Chubbuck. Eight years of municipal and broadband spatial data work.

Sarah Lawrence

GIS and policy analyst — BSc

Former GIS Administrator for Clearwater County, now supporting the Idaho Office of Broadband. Builds and validates large broadband availability datasets and checks workflows against federal policy.

Tom Calton

Senior GIS analyst, MsC, GISP

Specializes in NG9-1-1 data management and compliance, including address point and road centerline maintenance against state and national standards. Tom also has a FAA Part 107 UAV License.

Ali Scott

Senior GIS analyst

Military veteran with NG9-1-1, address point, and road centerline mapping experience across Idaho jurisdictions.

Jordan Barickman

GIS analyst

Park and trail GIS management experience, including field collection, asset inventory, and public-facing web maps.

Eric Newman

Public safety and 911

Retired Air Force Colonel and former Idaho 911 Program Manager, where he delivered four statewide Next Generation 911 projects totaling $30 million. Twelve years with the Oregon State Police.

Julie has over thirty years of experience as legal counsel guiding public and private entities through complex transactions and regulatory matters. Julie served as lead general counsel to public agencies managing the State’s investments, real estate, procurement, employee insurance and information technology.
